Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We know you’ll love your purchase and we want you to be satisfied. If you need an exchange or return, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. For either an exchange or return please mail back your item in new condition, unwashed and unworn. We will not accept worn or washed garments.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax will be applied per the regulation of your state at the point of online sale.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from your order. Currently we only offer shipping via USPS Ground and Canada Post. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All standard US shipping holidays apply. We do not offer expedited shipping.

Shipping Cost?

We offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. These rates are calculated and based on the weight and package size by USPS and Canada Post.

Privacy Policy

Decker Honeybees is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, answer questions, taxes. Information collected for our newsletter sign up will only be used for those purposes.

Do you offer Wholesale accounts?

Yes, we do. Send us an email with your contact information, business name and website and we will contact you with details.
